Hi, I'm Henry "Harry" Foulkes. Personal trainer, former Team GB athlete, two-time British Champion in Luge, and proud Army veteran!
My journey has taken me from the military to the world stage, and now I'm here to help you build strength, confidence and resilience in your every day life.
I know how challenging it can be to balance work, family and personal goals while trying to prioritise your health and wellbeing. That's why my coaching is built around real-life solutions. I'm here to keep you accountable, support you with tailored training and guide you with simple, effective nutrition advice that fits into your busy lifestyle.
